ACCIDENT:  Cash benefits paid to help with out-of-pocket expenses associated with treatment of a covered accident (on duty or off). 

CRITICAL ILLNESS: Cash lump sum benefit paid when diagnosed with a covered critical illness. 

HOSPITAL INDEMNITY: Cash benefits to help cover associated costs to a covered hospital stay due to a sickness or injury.  

NOTE: Those of you with an AFLAC plan should review the coverage differences before you cancel your current plan! While our plan is outstanding, there are a few plans currently in place with legacy benefits no longer available.  Please verify your coverage before you switch to this plan.
