WACOPS is excited to offer new AFLAC coverages for members and their family. Open enrollment period is 11/1-11/30! You’ll have the chance to enroll in the coverages that best meet your financial needs. During open enrollment the coverage is guaranteed issue, meaning no health questions or medical qualification. Health insurance pays doctors and hospitals. Aflac helps pay the bills health insurance doesn’t cover. The following insurance plans are available during your enrollment: 

Accident Insurance helps pay costs that arise from covered accidents such as fractures, dislocations, lacerations, ambulance, hospitalizations, etc. A gunshot wound rider is also included in the plan. This plan provides 24-hour coverage. Two pricing options available.

Critical Illness Insurance helps pay the expected and unexpected expenses that arise from diagnosis of a covered critical illness such as cancer (internal or invasive), heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure or a major organ transplant, etc. Also included is a Health Screening Benefit that pays $50 per year for a variety of preventive screenings. 

Hospital Indemnity Insurance pays a benefit for covered hospital stays, including benefits for hospital confinement, hospital admission, hospital intensive care, and hospital intensive care step-down unit. There are no pre-existing condition limitations and hospitalization due to maternity is covered. Also included is a Health Screening Benefit that pays $50 per year for a variety of preventive screenings. Two pricing options available.

Already have an AFLAC policy?
