Winter General Membership Meeting & Legislative Reception

Save the date! February 19-21, 2025

This event is open to all members! Come prepared to receive detailed information about the policy issues affecting LEOs, meet with elected officials during the annual Day on the Hill and Legislative Reception, and participate in the advocacy work of WACOPS. This event is ideal for members looking to get more involved and for union leadership to bring new members to learn the ropes. Registration opens in November.

• Prepare for and participate in meetings with your district's legislators during WACOPS Day on the Hill (Thursday, Feb 20th) **These meetings are scheduled in advanced. Once registered you'll receive instructions for scheduling meetings with your legislators for Day on the Hill  
• Attend the annual WACOPS Legislative Appreciation Reception where we host elected officials, WACOPS members, and other special guests for an evening of hands-on exhibits, demonstrations, and networking 
• Special ceremony for the 2025 Mark Brinkman Distinguished Service Award recipients
