ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
February 9, 2022

Dear PSEII customers and all WACOPS member organizations:

Notice is hereby given that the 2022 annual shareholders meeting of the Public Safety Employees Insurance, Inc., a Washington for profit corporation, will be held in Olympia, Washington on February 9, 2022. The meeting will be in the Forest Ballroom beginning at 3:30pm in the lower level of the Olympia Hotel at Capitol Lake (the hotel formerly known as Hotel RL).  Per the PSEII bylaws, the WACOPS Executive Board is the shareholder for the purposes of this meeting.  This meeting is open to the WACOPS membership and you are encouraged to attend.
